The story
Why I started Applify Lab

I’m Anh. I studied computer science in Germany, and wrote my thesis on how to craft good software architecture. That idea never really left me: a product is only as good as the foundation under it. Seven years of building software kept proving it true — even now, in the age of AI. You can throw a first version together fast, but without a solid core the code turns into a mess, it won’t scale, and eventually even the AI can’t fix it for you.
I started Applify Lab because I love building — helping a founder turn an idea into something real, and helping an established business run leaner — saving real time and money. I wanted to work across many different products and startups, and to build a company around doing that properly. When I came to the UAE, I brought that standard with me.
Most agencies optimise for shipping fast — fast for its own sake. We care about what happens after launch. That’s where a weak foundation shows up: bugs, breakages, rewrites. We build so the product lasts, and so we can keep growing it with you.
