What does Applify Lab do — apps or AI agents?

Should I get an app or an AI agent?
If you have an idea to build and launch, you want an app or MVP (For Founders). If you already run a clinic, store, restaurant or service business and lose time or revenue to manual admin, no-shows or slow replies, you want an AI agent (For Businesses). Not sure? Message us and we'll tell you honestly which one fits — or whether you need neither yet.
Where are you based?
Dubai — IFZA, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis. We're a German-led team serving the UAE and the wider GCC, PDPL- and DHA-aware. We work with clients in English and German, and build apps and AI agents in Arabic, English or any language your customers use.
Who do you work with?
Non-technical founders building apps and MVPs, and established UAE businesses — clinics and wellness, retail and e-commerce, restaurants and service businesses — automating customer work with AI agents.
Are you the cheapest option?
No, and we're upfront about it. We don't compete with low-cost offshore shops that hand you an empty shell that breaks. You pay for something that genuinely works and won't need rebuilding in six months — and it's usually the cheaper path once you count the rebuilds.
How do you decide what to build?
We diagnose first: before any code we audit your business, workflows and offers. Then, we advise you to build only what brings you real value — we start with the smallest high-value build, then we update and readjust the features based on your business needs. It's the same disciplined process whether it's an app or an AI agent.
How can I make sure you don't disappear after launch?
Unfortunately we've heard about some of these stories where agencies delivered an empty shell and disappeared, and we're sorry if it has happened to you. We've built Applify Lab as a long-term partner for your app or AI project, we stay on as your technical backbone — fixing, scaling and improving the app or agent as your business grows. We have clients who have faced this behaviour from previous agencies, and they are now happy with us, some for more than a year. Most of our work comes from referrals and clients who come back, which only happens because we don't vanish.
Do you build in Arabic?
Yes. The apps we build and the AI agents we deploy can run in Arabic, including Gulf dialect (not generic machine translation), in English, or in any language your customers use. Our team works with clients in English and German.
What happens when I message you on WhatsApp?
